Same two founders, first call to final delivery.
You're not handed to an account manager and then a rotating cast of freelancers. Two people own your channel, and both of them have been doing this for years.

Kaify
Founder · Strategy & Direction
Seven years spent on one question: how do you make people actually pay attention to a video? Runs channel teardowns, style systems and creative direction on every account.

Stanisław (Staxer)
Founder · Production & Motion
Owns delivery. Editor assignment, quality control, motion and sound design: nothing leaves the studio without passing his review first.
Behind the two of us: a bench, not a freelancer.
Every channel is assigned a lead editor and a backup who already knows the style system. If one is sick, travelling or buried, the other picks the project up the same day. You never hear about it.
Lead + backup editor
Two senior editors are briefed on every channel. Same style guide, same project files, so cover is instant instead of a re-onboarding.
Dedicated QC pass
A second set of eyes reviews pacing, audio levels, captions, brand assets and continuity before anything is sent to you.
Motion & sound specialists
Graphics, charts and sound design are handled by specialists, not squeezed in by a generalist editor at 2am.
What every edit passes through before you see it
- Step 1Style system check
Edit is measured against the written style guide built from your best-performing videos.
- Step 2Retention pass
Hook, pacing and dead air reviewed against the channel's retention patterns.
- Step 3Technical QC
Audio levels, colour, export specs, captions and thumbnail-safe framing.
- Step 4Founder sign-off
Staxer reviews the final cut before delivery. Nothing ships unreviewed.
It started with Fortnite montages in 2019.
Kaify started editing montages for professional Fortnite players. Then gaming YouTube. Then motion design. Then agencies: 20+ team members, thousands of videos, and clients across finance, trading, business and tech.
Somewhere in there, the team accidentally pioneered a few editing styles you now see on every second channel. That part is a longer story.
But the biggest lesson had nothing to do with editing. Good video isn't about adding more to the screen. The question stopped being "how do we make this look good?" and became "how do we make this make sense?"
Cartel Media exists for the second problem creators have once the content is there: you don't need another editor. You need a team that turns your footage into consistently good videos without you babysitting freelancers, chasing deadlines, or rebuilding your editing setup every few months.
Including the part about the editing style everyone copied.
